Welcome to the Three Cheers Program! It is necessary that in order for you to get the best out of this Program that you already have completed our SASH (Special Alcohol Service Hospitality) Course and have a very good understanding of it.

This first section introduces the Three Cheers Program, goes through its Contents and then highlights the importance of setting time limits, or deadlines, for your staff in order to get them through SASH efficiently, so that you can then move forward with successfully implementing the Program into your operations. The video also shows the Certificates of Completion that your staff will receive once they complete SASH.

Below is a downloadable Three Cheers Program checklist to help with implementation into venue operations. All the items won't make complete sense until you finish this course, however there are parts that you can begin to check off now.
