The Three Cheers Program - Manager's Course
This course is an essential guide to follow for the manager allocated to oversee the implementation of SASH into their venue. Experience has shown that following the process laid out in this course is the most effective way to get the best results.
The course demonstrates how to ensure that staff who have completed the SASH course, properly understand the content and how to apply it in their work. There are optional role plays to do that the Manager can tailor to their specific venue. There are in-service exercises, as well as data analysis techniques to confirm the program is being rolled out properly, and much more.
The Manager's Course can only be done after first completing SASH as a good understanding of the contents of SASH is crucial. The course takes only 45 minutes to an hour to complete. It comes with a comprehensive Course Notes Handout / Guide and Checklist to help ensure proper implementation of the program.
