SASH is made up of its own unique theory, which it then demonstrates how to apply to 10 common scenarios that happen in alcohol serving venues. The course begins by laying out the SASH GOALS in the video below.

Note: Throughout this course the terms customer, guest and patron all refer to those people drinking alcohol in your premises or venue.

QUIZ: The quizzes are compulsory to complete in the SASH course with a pass mark of 100%, though you do get multiple chances to do so. Be thoughtful of the answers you choose and make a note of the correct ones as you go, cause if you get one question incorrect you have to do the whole quiz again.
