We exclusively train our own developed course named SASH (Special Alcohol Service Hospitality), which has been developed and proven to work in a variety of venues since 2009.
Theory & Common Scenarios
SASH consists of proactive patron management techniques. It has its own unique theory which translates practically to standardised best approaches to 12 common scenarios that arise in licensed venues e.g. general service, saving a patron from intoxication, hosting party groups, and so on..
Method
The process of implementing the training successfully into a venue’s operations is called the Three Cheers SASH Program (TCP) which has 3 steps;
- Training staff through the SASH course
- Implementation of SASH into service operations
- Evaluation of outcomes
The training can be done either in a classroom format or else using our online Learning Management System (LMS). Both pathways are equally as effective.
