Our “Special Alcohol Service Hospitality” (SASH) course combines Best Practice with Next Practice patron management techniques. It is appropriate to any licensed venue establishment; be it five star, a local neighbourhood bar, a big pub, a function centre, a restaurant, a sports stadium, a night club or a catering business that changes venues with each function.
The SASH course has been developed and proven to work in the field since December 2009 and is equally effective with all different kinds of patrons / demographics. There is no patron / demographic or licensed venue that SASH does not have a positive effect on. (See Benefits page).
Special Alcohol Service Hospitality (SASH) is trained online, which allows trainees to be able to access the course in their own time, whenever is suitable for them to do so 24/7 and wherever they have access to the internet. Each trainee is sent their own unique link to the course via email.
The course is made up of videos, a written manual and assessments.
Upon successful completion of the online assessments the candidate is automatically issued with their course certificate of completion.
An onsite workshop at your venue follows the online training so as to assist the trainees get maximum benefit from the course. During this workshop role-plays, demonstrations and group discussions are conducted to help ensure this.
The online training takes about 1 hour and the onsite workshop takes approximately 1.5 hours to complete. Though in both cases it can go overtime if required. The online training for instance has over 4 hours of content for the more studious trainee to be able to delve into.
The course is priced at a very fair price per head, less expensive than the RSA course*, to help venues implement Special Alcohol Service Hospitality (SASH) for the benefit of their patrons, business and their community.
